The interview experience was thorough and relevant to the position. I spoke to members of the immediate team that I would likely be interacting with on a daily basis. I was then asked to work on a case study to demonstrate my design process. This was a smart idea because it would help the company gauge my work style for compatibility and it could give me insight into what type of problems the company wants to solve. In the end, the whole process was very straightforward, informative and professional.
