Panel style interview. They put you in a room with 3-4 engineers and go over a take home assignment. They ask you questions about your take home project. Not high pressure interview process. I really like the take home project since it allows me to work creatively without the stress of a whiteboard interview

The interview process involves writing test cases and plan for two simple applications a game of tic tac toe and a business. You are given 45 minutes to write these two items which is approximately 22 minutes and 30 seconds each which is not enough time to include all information you are needing to pass the exam. I was notified by the recruiter that I did not pass the exam and they said they would forward the information onto upper management. It probably won't do me any good, but he said that if more people keep coming back failed they will have to ask them to look into their tests.
