Although I was applying for an entry level position they wanted someone with a bit more SEM experience than I had coming in. When they asked me about my background in SEM, despite my resume indicting I didn't have much experience, I was a bit caught off guard.
They were all situational and behavioral. "tell me about a time when..."

None - It felt like a formality to make sure I wanted the job and could be coherent enough to communicate to accounts

What makes you think you can handle making over 100 phone calls per day?
