As part of the interview process, I was asked to complete a case study readout exercise where I reviewed a recorded sales call and provided structured feedback. I shared what I felt went well, what I would do differently and why, and created accompanying materials to support my approach. It was a thoughtful and relevant exercise that aligned closely with the role and gave me a chance to demonstrate how I think about sales strategy and communication.
