Many questions were asked throughout the process. The biggest focus was on behavioral questions, examples of experience. and aligning with culture. Example Question: Talk about a time when you had to work with change management?
Questions about my background led to their VERY demeaning question about basic accounting which I was finally able to discern what's really going on w/ their software systems. 'How do you deal with difficult people?' type of stuff too.
