They set up a scenario where they were essentially short staffed and how I would handle it.
It was a behavioral interview, ie - give me an example of a situation where you made a mistake and how you resolved it.
As when interviewing with most sales positions, I was asked to give an example of a sales pitch for ADP.
How do you feel about entertaining clients after hours in events like dinners, golf outings, ballgames, etc. (May not seem like a tough question, but when you are married with kids, you don't want to commit to being gone around the clock.)
