The initial interview was via phone and was fairly quick and painless. The second interview was challenging in that there was an additional phone interview followed by a role play ad it was for a sales role. It was a lengthy process but they did contact me the same day with an offer.

How I felt about working past 5 pm as the shift was 8-5 but they expect you to keep working even when you are home nights and also working weekends if your work cell phone rings. You don't have a laptop or ability to work from home so impossible to look up customer information.
She asked about sales experience which according to the job description was not needed. It was honestly just not worth preparing for. Apply but don't get your hope up
