I did not have any interviews, she proposed one first but when I suggested some hours she tried to book an interview for me at midnight even though I proposed her better times... but anyway I was ready to do it but she didn't even took her time to check messages about my time confirmation. Very rude approach.

They follow a script of questions. Depending on who is doing the interview they will have a strategic technique to not be a full blown interrogation. You can tell who is new with it and it can make it a bit awkward. By the final round you will feel like a robot trying to stay consistent with the same answers and want a more human approach.
