Excel is super basic, I have never used excel before and passed it. No need to worry about that 1st stage Phone interview was a mix of consulting-like estimation questions and probability (dices and stuff) questions. Overall it was fun but if you're rusty and not brilliant at probability games like me you'll be rejeceted.
