what can you do to develop this company
They asked "What did you do in your past co-op term and what did you learn?"
Are you willing to relocate closer to work?
One of the questions that was asked was about my experience at previous positions.
Why are a good fit for this position?
It was general recruitment questions and with a relaxed and relatable approach and feel. Nadia interviewed me and i have spoken with a couple of the staff. They are able to pick up on who you are, what you like and your skills to find the work with clients they have and roles they know and within the time period that is not too long. They check in as well. They emphasise about whats best for you so the role you choose if offered a few or two, they are not about the bucks they make sure its for you and that the every avenue is crossed and checked and are there regardless. They prep before interviews with clients and its professional but not standards that are through the roof and make you sweat in the interview room feeling that you are never going to find a new role you like. They also explain stuff so well. so you understand things and how it works.
