The interviewer is so weird. He never asked any technical or behavioral questions. He focuses on your actuary exams. When you take the exam, did you pass, why do you think you failed, how do you prepare for them... He also asked 3 weakness and 3 strength. But he said he does not care about exams. It seems that he tried to see if the interviewee is smart and has potential. But I don't think the questions he asked can tell his the answer. He try to verify that, but he doesn't trust the interviewee. So it's hard for the interviewee to convinence him. No a good experience. Also I don't know why he asked to talk with me twice. I guess he reviewed all applications and think I am good, or someone says no to him and he need another person to fill the position. No idea.
