I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at adidas in Jun 2016
Interview
It was a video interview with a series of prerecorded question. For each question I had 30 seconds to prepare and 1 or 2 minutes to answer. I found it very difficult because I've never recorded a video before and I got stressed seeing the time passing by through a stopwatch while I was speaking. Nevertheless I live to push myself out of my comfort zone, so even though I did not get the position, I found the experience exciting, and I got high for all the adrenaline I had in my blood afterwards. I hope I can be of any help for others that want to apply for such an awesome environment.
