Process was very simple. I applied online and called a few days after to let the hiring manager know about the application. I received a call back within a few days telling me when my interview would be. I was interviewed, I called a few days alter asking about the decisions and they told me I was hired.

I had 2 people to interview me. They were friendly. Asked me a lot of questions and listened to me carefully while making some notes. I answered about 20 questions in total and spent half an hour.

Not difficult why you want to work here, and what products you are familiar with. I would recommend looking into the company and dressing nice, not to mention don't be nervous.
Very straightforward and easy. Offered me the job on the spot. Everyone is nice and lighthearted. The interview asked basics like "tell me about a time when you gave great customer service"
