Interview
Pre-recorded video interview for recruiting - a little awkward, definitely take a moment to practice general interview questions and have your thoughts organized.
Call with recruiting - very easy, just be yourself, talk about your goals and the position.
1st Round in person - Met part of the team, the manager and other staff, we talked through the position and my past experience.
2nd interview in person - met with the director of finance and other higher management. Talked briefly about my previous work experience and why I would be a good fit for the position.
Lastly, they asked for my references.

1. Tell me about a time you worked with sensitive information and how did you handle it?
2. We work closely with non-finance departments and sometimes need information from them in order to complete ad hoq projects. How would you go about making these requests?
Three rounds in total. The first round with HR. The second round with the hiring manager. The third round with a group interview, including the hiring manager, skip hiring manager, and business partners.

They got into quite a lot of detail over my personal background. I have 6 different interview with 4 of the team members. They went over what I would do and then gave me little challenges to get an idea of what I was capable of.
