They shortlisted my profile over LinkedIn and approached me for available position. I had 3 Skype based interviews and then was been called to Adidas, hertzo campus for final round. As I was from India, Adidas sponsored my trip and had offered very good hospitality. First 2 rounds were core technical interviews. Third round was communication with multiple adjacent line directors and VPs. Final face to face round was with my line director and VP. This round I faced multiple questions like: explain your personal and professional ups and downs till date for 15 minutes.
