Interview
group interview, calm setting, everyone was given the chance to answer the questions. there were about 15 questions and 3 interviewers. they went into a room after asking questions and then silently went around telling people they could go home. the ones that remained were hired on the spot and given paperwork to fill out. the training camp was about 2 weeks later and was half a day. you get shirts, pants and shoes then get told whether you will be working in the warehouse or the store.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
