Initial phone screening followed by two on site interviews. First with direct supervisor and then second with the manager of department. Very standard stuff and very typical interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary at all. I felt far more prepared for the interview than they were.

There was nothing too difficult. It was all very standard and the questions were not difficult. Where do you expect to be in five years? Describe a tough situation in a previous work experience and how you overcame it, questions like that.
