I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at adidas (Herzogenaurach) in Sep 2023
Interview
I participated in three rounds of interviews for an Apparel Designer - Originals position at Adidas. The first round was with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with some designers from the team to discuss the position in more detail. The final round involved presenting a task to a panel of several stakeholders to demonstrate my skills relevant to the role.
While the interviews were generally okay, I must mention that, despite receiving an email informing me that they had decided to move forward with other candidates, the hiring team never provided the feedback I requested. They had assured me that they would get back to me with feedback, but unfortunately, that never happened.
