Worst experience I had with the hiring process for any role. He mentioned "I usually don't help recruiting in this department at all but I'm here." Didn't feel valued as an applicant to start. Senior recruiter said he would follow up within a few days on salary expectations, benefits and moving forward in the process. Took almost 2 weeks (even with follow up) to get back with no concrete answers or clarity, followed by 1 more week mentioning they filled the role. Delayed responses. non-communicative, felt very lead on and disregarded as a potential candidate. Would never apply for another future role at Adidas.
