Very simple. Makes the conversation not just question and answer which was nice. They made it personal and weren’t just focused on the experience. It was in less of an intense environment and was one on one
In person interview at store with basic entry level job question. After the interview they will give you a call with an offer. The interview process was very typical for a retail job.
