Was war meine größte Herausforderung bisher im Leben?
Zunächst erfolgt ein kennenlern Telefonat auf englisch mit einem Externen Personaler. Im weiteren Verfahren, wenn man weitergekommen ist, bekommt man einen Task zum lösen, wo das Ergebnis anschließend vor dem Abteilungsleiter und dem Personaler präsentiert werden muss.
Schnell und transparent, angenehmer Prozess. Hauptsächlich über das adidas Online Portal, Zoom Calls wegen Corona natürlich. Nette Akteure auch wenn ich den job nicht bekommen habe. Kann den Prozess so empfehlen.

After a brief email exchange, I met with the function's hiring manager for an interview (in person), which lasted approx. ninety minutes.
After the interview, I was given a response within two weeks.
