After successful completion of the assessment, we will invite you for an interview with our Academic Director (in which we’ll also be happy to discuss with you the possibility of joining the faculty in some capacity). A lot of psychological questions such as tell me a time when you went over and above your work. Describe a time when... etc. This interview was at least 3/4 psychological questions based on experience.
Would I like to become his "consulting partner" and "travel with him". Inference was that my appointment to the University was contingent on this "private" arrangement.
