Why did you apply for this job?
The most unexpected question were those that came directly from my resume. Not a lot of interviewers have asked directly about my resume experiences.
The basics- have you used MS Office products.
Personal questions about me, my hoppies, and my business experience. We furthemore talked about my education, and how i could easily use this as a part of the company.
For my position there was not a difficult question, per se. Its just a matter of being able to provide excellent customer service and being organized.
Most important Thing is to show motivation and diligence and of course to have the right character for the Job. The Interviewers are usually directly involved with the Job, so they can examine this pretty thoroughly. I think as long as one suits the Job and has the right character, there should not be any difficult questions.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
There were no difficult questions at all because the interviewer is clueless on how to hire talent and what to ask during an interview.
