Once question they asked was how do you handle multiple tasks?
Pretty standard questions. What is one thing you don't do well? What is one time you failed at work? Describe a project you really succeeded at. Describe a project you worked with a group on/what was your role with the group/how did you fairly divide labor? What do you find most frustrating at work? What are you most proud of in your career? Etc. Nothing that threw me for a loop.
How do you manage competing priorities? What is your experience with virtual work? Tell me about a time you were in a stressful situation at work and how you handled it?
The CEO asked about my responses to past situations and toughest challenges. Not unexpected but he was very insightful.
There were a few questions that were very outdated, referring to computer equipment that isn't commonly used anymore. (i.e. data tape reels, diskettes, etc.)
Tell us about a time when you were up against several deadlines at once.
Tell us something about you that we may not know.
General questions: describe a difficult time, why are your strengths and weaknesses, can you use Microsoft office....
