Was asked several questions about experience in VMWare operations. The environment I had just come from was easily 5 times the size of the environment I was applying for. The the tricky VMtest questions some questions were trivia, that no one really cares about. Seemed to carry more weight than actual experience. Thought that seemed a bit strange. I guess the Lead doing the Interview was intimidated by my experience, training and Certifications. this would be the only way to disqualify someone
