Most of the questions were thoughtful and centered around understanding my fit for the role. One of the general questions asked was why I would be interested in the position. The team emphasized that they were looking for someone committed to the work, aligned with the organization’s culture, and passionate about supporting students who may not be traditional learners. It was clear throughout the conversation that they genuinely cared about finding the right person for both the role and the students they serve.
One question I was asked was my qualifications for the position.
The role play conversation they asked you was to model phone call with a prospective student. You didn't have a lot to go on so I thought it was pretty difficult. I definitely knew I didn't do well and that probably cost me the job.

What are your long term goals?
Why are you interested in being an Admission Advisor?
Role playing. There were two different scenarios. Otherwise, normal interview questions.
What's your previous work experience?
The most unexpected question was a role play scenario where the interviewer pretended to be a student interested in the school and you had to convince them to enroll. It just caught me completely off guard.
