There was a case study that involved a fictitious financial services firm. But the information was given to me a day in advance and I could prepare. They didn't give you the questions ahead of time though. So one interview was on the case study and the other two were nontechnical, personality questions. No real surprises.
Why you?
I was really surprised by how unstructured the interviews were. I found that I had to ask questions in order to get a sense of the job as both parties had little to share.
It was technical question related to my skillset. Other than that, the questions were straightforward to the role.

Your understand of transaction services and the test for accounting technical things
The case was the hardest as I had never done a case interview before but if you prepare and practice you will be successful.
None were difficult, most unexpected was "How do you keep up with the current global news?"
