The interview questions were fairly straightforward. It was difficult to pick up on any emotion in both the verbal & non-verbal feedback to my answers of their interview questions, which made the dynamic a bit challenging. Almost like an HR policy required it. However, things still moved forward. One particular question involved a scenario where specific coaching advice was requested for organizing a team where communications are impeded.
Very easy interview. Who knows what they're looking for in the behavioral responses but I suspect you could give standard BS behavioral responses and be fine.

When a friend asks you what agile is, what do you say.
Basic questions what you do Agile
If you had 10000 Euros and 1 month off, what would you do? How do trivago make money? How do you conduct retrospectives? How do you deal with teams that constantly fail to deliver their Sprint goal? How do you structure teams that focus on bug fixing (80% of Sprint)?
I don’t remember the questions but the were specific to being an agile coach.
How would you explain Agile to an 8-year-old?
