1.What would mike you a good (ideal) for the flight attendant position with United?
Can't exactly remember the questions word for word but I will say this DONT over study and don't stress yourself. It was one of the easiest interviews I've had but I've also worked in customer service for 6 years. There just situational based questions how would you react.. what if this happened! Glassdoor really helped me tho just like I said DONT over study answer freely! Be yourself!

Name a time when you worked with a difficult person how did you handle it and what was the outcome? Name a time when you had to spring into action quickly what was the situation and the outcome?
Watch a video and answer one yes or no question after you have watched it.
During the video interview you must answer some situational questions. These are basic, such as "tell about a time you had to work with a difficult person", or "you overhear two coworker speaking poorly about a third coworker in front of customers, how do you handle it?", "you witness a coworker taking inflight items for themselves after a flight is complete, how do you handle this?" Etc etc
