Finally, after 4 months of engaging with alliantConsulting, they ghosted me. No phone call. No email. They are gravely lacking professionalism and decorum. The lack of transparency, poor communication, disorganization, and disregard for a candidate’s time reflect serious issues in how this team manages its hiring process, and likely reflect other processes and their culture. The interview process is rated as "very difficult" due to the number of interviews, the amount of time dedicated to this company, and the case study with a 24-hour turnaround; it's egregious, haughty, and unnecessary.
