I replied to a LinkedIn message from a recruiter 2/26. She replied 3/1 and set up a phone interview for the next day. At the end of the phone interview, she scheduled an in-person interview for the next day, Thursday, and at the end of that, she set up an interview with 2 associate directors for the following Monday. In the meantime, I had to take a online predictive index that asked me to check off personality traits I thought described me, then how other people see me.
On Monday I waited 20-30 minutes for the interview to begin. When it began one director casually said "sorry if we're a bit late." This interview turned out to be very difficult because I had not seen a job description and the recruiter could not answer any specifics about the position's responsibilities or current marketing efforts and made it seem like it was up in the air. The marketing directors informed me they do a lot of webinars and constant website updates. I wasn't prepared for the highly technical questions about the open rates of my email campaigns or the bounce rate of website pages I'd worked on. I never heard from them again, not even when I emailed the recruiter a week later.
