Interview
Why has no one gone back and spoke the truth on these interviews? When I was interviewed (spring 2015), they were utilizing an outside recruiter. The recruiter found me on LinkedIn, conducted a phone screening, then brought me into her office to prep me. She told me EVERYTHING I needed to know. If you actually want to work at this mad house (you must be insane yourself or desperate for a paycheck how I was), all you need to get through the interview is:
A) confidence in yourself;
B) the appearance that you’re moldable and can be brainwashed; and
C) a seeming appreciation of the company already.
So that’s what I did. I walked into the big blue a and did those 3 things and was offered a job after 2 interviews.
NEGOTIATE YOUR SALARY. They will give you whatever you want ESPECIALLY if you have prior work experience.
And if you are crazy enough to accept it, you’ll be like me, gone from that place and coming back on Glassdoor to try and warn the innocent people to not waste their time here.
Pretty normal interview process, phone screening, Microsoft Teams video call, then an on site interview. You usually speak to somebody different at each stage of the process. No complaints here!
