Initially went through a third party agency to be sourced for the role but then was told since i had applied to the role, prior, that i would have to wait and see if my application was chosen. All in all, i took another approach and reached out to the key players on LinkedIn and had an impromptu interview. From out first encounter, the interviewer didn't seem to be engaged--this could be why this position is still reoccurring and being posted every month on LinkedIn.
