alliantgroup, from the brief amount of time I have known them have appeared to me to be very pleasant and respectful. I have yet to start work there, so comment yet on that.r First Interview: It was a phone interview. Not very long, maybe about 15-20 minutes. Don't be afraid to speak up and take a stance on questions asked. This interview seemed to me to be non technical and more based on your verbal skills and ability to hold a conversation while also being able to answer questions as they arise. Second Interview: It was a skype interview, more or less of the same. They are looking to see how you present yourself and what you know about the company. There was a lot of time at the end for you to ask questions, make sure you fill that time and ask them solid and thought provoking ones. Dress professional and be confident. Final Office Visit: They invited me to their Houston office, which by the way is state of the art. There was about 50 other candidates there as well. They will put you into a room and make you talk with them as well as the existing employees that are there. Make sure you fill the entire time talking and asking questions. Try to remember the names of those you spoke with and be personable. Talk and act like you already have the job. The interview itself was the shortest of my life. Lasted maybe 5 minutes. I thought I had done something wrong, and that I was most likely not getting the position. But sure enough I got it! From what I can tell this final interview is literally just to put a face to a name and see how you talk and present yourself in person. Overall pretty standard and easy. No crazy questions. Nothing technical. Just be yourself, this industry requires people who have good communication skills. Even if you don't know the answer, keep the conversation going. Good Luck!
