Interview
Spoke with Talent Acquisition (HR) over the phone and then again on a video-conference. Both times had similar questions. Talked about using my past experience to benefit my role at alliantgroup (AG) and my preference with working on teams and with clients.
The In-person interview was a little unique in that they gave me a situation, told me to make a business plan in 30 minutes, and then had me present my business case to the interviewers. They then gave me feedback and asked about how I'd use my background in this role.

I only received a phone screen from the HR representative. Though the lady I talked to was very nice, she didn't seem to like it when I asked a question about a lot of the negative reviews on Glasssdoor. Lesson learned: only mention positives about a company when interviewing.
