I applied via LinkedIn and received a LinkedIn message the next day from one of their in-house recruiters to set up a quick phone screening. The phone screening was very casual and nothing unexpected. I provided a quick overview of my resume and she explained the position a bit more. We set up an in-person interview that day and I received a link to a personality quiz to have completed before the meeting. I met with the same woman, along with another woman from their recruiting team. Both were very lovely! I again went through my resume and answered some more in-depth questions about my experience. There were no curveball questions and I felt very at ease. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to meet with the hiring manager for the final interview.
