Interview
I first received a phone call to set up a time to speak about my resume with the director of talent acquisition. She was very nice and asked a lot of directed questions about my current job. She set up an online interview with a team lead and another member of the team. One of the schedule interviewers could not make it, so about 5 minutes into the interview another one of the team members joined in. He was very direct and borderline rude when I wouldn't answer his questions in a way that he wanted. He rephrased the same question 5 times in order for me to rank the current team I'm on. I did not think it was professional to be ranking a team for the current company I work for. Come to find out that they rank their team members on a weekly basis in order to create "friendly" competition and hold everyone accountable. I then began researching the company more thoroughly after the interview. After reading the reviews on here about the cult like culture and the allegations against the CEO, I'm happy to not be offered the position. I think we both knew I would not be cut out for their company and good luck to whoever is.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Rank each of the members on your current team?
Who would be the best and who would be the worst?
Where would you be on that ranking?
Pretty straight forward process. Mainly 2 rounds will be as a part of the process. The both rounds are mix of HR and technical questions mixed. A descent preparation is enough to crack.

Also brush up company's core values and basic job description of an energy modeler , go through the job description really well
the recruiters were kind, and the process was throrough. i recommend preparing a lot for questions. they ask you a lot about your background and why you are interested in the role, they expect some level of technical questions even if you’re not from the same background
