I applied through college or university. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Fayetteville, AR) in Jul 2020
Interview
All questions were STAR based and definitely requires a strong elevator pitch. Over all it was a good experience, they followed up a few months later to interview me again when they saw I wasn't graduated yet.
Snobby HR reps who didn’t seem to care if the position was filled or not. The whole process seemed rushed and inauthentic. I guess that explains their constantly poor reviews as a company
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Complete waste of time. Was told I was speaking to set person who did not call me. Once 30 minutes passed I called to ask about the interview to be told “she’s just getting out of a meeting and will call you” never got a call and wasted hours with this pathetic organization. Do not entertain them as a simple message or call would have saved me hours.
