I was approached on LinkedIn and invited to a phone call with someone in the recruiting/talent department. We had an informal introductory call within a few days where they explained the role they were looking for, I explained what I was looking for, and they asked for my resume and writing samples. Within a couple days, they asked for a follow up call. The second call was more about my experience and things on my resume. After that, we set up an in-person interview pretty quickly. I met with two of the higher-level managers that day and spoke with them for about an hour total. Within a few days, the recruiter called me back to make an offer. All in all, the whole process spanned roughly two weeks, but a good portion of the delay was due to scheduling conflicts on my end. Otherwise, the process was pretty quick. The only arguably “challenging” part of the process was pulling and uploading some old previous-employment related documents.
