Interview
The job application process was straightforward even during Covid. I had one interview round with HR, which was very laid back and standard as far as questions go. The second round of interviews was with two attorneys which worked at Alliant group. It was similarly straightforward with back and forth questions. The last round of the interview was at the office and involved an interactive portion, with a presentation which they give you 15-20 minutes to prepare for. This presentation is really just to see how you perform with some neutral content. Everyone I spoke with was professional. I did not accept the job primarily because of another offer more in line with the type of law I was looking to practice.
They like to harp on the benefits and your you around the office. It was pretty simple with some basic questions and 3 interviews. Last interview there is a mock scenario.

First you complete a Job shadow, then a role play interview process. Also met with team members and toured the building. The interview lasted about 2 hours. People were very nice and building was nice. Hiring team very accommodating.

Went well but declined moving forward because of what I heard at the business. Overall was a good experience though. Not sure if I would recommend to others because of the troubles going on.
