Best place to work? Doubtful. Over 900 employees? Maybe 400 at best in the building. I was called for a phone interview and then asked to come in for a shadow interview and panel/round table interview. All in all I WASTED 11 hours. I feel like Alliantgroup owes me a day’s salary. I went in, met with some Senior people, and answered some questions. Stayed to do a round table interview and ate an ice cold HOT dinner they provided. It took an hour to get there, I stayed for 9, and then an hour home. I saw disrespect, gossip from a SENIOR DIRECTOR, and mostly was unimpressed. They asked the standard questions. Don’t even bother. It won’t be worth the unprofessional experience. Money doesn’t buy happiness. This place IS TOXIC! I saw that in one 9 hour day there! How can people be in Senior Director positions and not have one grain of leadership? I never heard back despite having great feedback throughout the day. WORST EXPERIENCE interviewing EVER! I emailed my contact with zero response. This was shocking when the person reprimanded several people during my shadow interview about responding to emails within an appropriate timeframe. STAY. AWAY. I thought the reviews were extreme. They were accurate.
