Level of difficulty - moderate, it took me a week to get selected in this organisation. Third party recruiter involved who provided clarity on each interview rounds. For the associate role, candidate must have great communication skills, analytical skills to solve the assessment and let them understand how did I completed it.

They provided me with an assessment which was followed by interview with the Director. Overall, it was a good process, interviewer was quite polite.
Pretty normal interview process, phone screening, Microsoft Teams video call, then an on site interview. You usually speak to somebody different at each stage of the process. No complaints here!
