This place is like something out of black mirror. I applied online. First had a phone interview. Then a second phone interview. Then I was invited to an in person interview where I was never told the CEO would be in-attendance. My interview was a panel interview of about 4 other applicants. It took place at 4PM and lasted almost 5 hours. Executive leadership, including the CEO were there and they basically emphasized that work is your life and you should prioritize nothing else. It was an exhausting process with an eery vibe to it. After the first hour I was thinking “I’ve got to get out of here”. After having a weird feeling about the company, the next day I researched press on Alliant group and found several very disturbing articles about the CEO. Seeing how “close” all the females are in this office with him because they are a big “family” just told me everything I needed to know. All in all, a VERY grueling interview process with no respect to your own time. If you have a family or any semblance of a life outside of work, I’d recommend avoiding.
