Interview
I had applied through Firstnaukri for the position of Associate -tax credit and incentives.
The selection process took about 1 month.
First step was an optitude test where questions were basically from general accounting, reasoning and English grammar and passage based multiple choice questions.
There will be 80 questions all multiple choice and will be alloted 90 minutes.
Secondly there will be a screening test of communication skills over phone call for maximum 5 minutes.
Then followed by an assignment on report writing.
Finally interview.

About company background and your job responsibilities.
Most of the important questions will be from the report that you had them previously like what should be sequence of writing a report and what should be in each and every parts of the report.
Pretty normal interview process, phone screening, Microsoft Teams video call, then an on site interview. You usually speak to somebody different at each stage of the process. No complaints here!
