Interview
The HR lady on the phone was super nice and made alliantgroup seem like a nice place to work despite all the negative reviews on this website. In the first telephone interview she explained the position I applied for and indicated how nice alliantgroup is to work for. It was a quick 5 minute phone call to set up the second interview. The second interview lasted 23 minutes. Questions were directed at my work history, responsibilities I had, and personality type questions. None of the questions were very hard and none were directed at my ability to do the job. The questions were "surface" type questions and felt more like a chat.

Also brush up company's core values and basic job description of an energy modeler , go through the job description really well
the recruiters were kind, and the process was throrough. i recommend preparing a lot for questions. they ask you a lot about your background and why you are interested in the role, they expect some level of technical questions even if you’re not from the same background
