Extremely expedited and overly rushed by HR. I had around 3 rounds: 1) HR reach out / conversation initiation, 2) HR behavioral interview, 3) Senior Management interview (1 senior managing director, 1 senior director).
HR reached out via LinkedIn where her profile did not state which company she worked for, which was a red flag but I humored her and responded. Once I reached out, the interview process moved extremely fast - about 2.5 / 3 weeks from communication initiation to receiving an offer. I was rather turned off by my first round interview questions by HR including, what don't you like about your job, how much do you get paid, what makes your current job so awful, when do you get paid, etc.
Overall, all rounds of the interview were behavioral. No case or situation questions. I did most of the talking / asking questions and they barely asked any questions. Responses were informative and sugar coated like any other interview process.
Alliantgroup is desperate for employees - even if you ask for their past performance and their turnover rates, they'll sugar coat it. HR is not knowledgeable regarding the actual company and what they actually do. Due to the fact that they reached out to me, I wasn't even clear on what exact position I was interviewing for until I saw the offer letter. Lots of ambiguity throughout.
