The process was painless. The recruiter was very attentive when we discussed the position. The two managers I met with were equally attentive and wanted to hear what I had to say. I interviewed both times via Skype and I think the hiring managers did not want to interview remotely. They seemed to prefer I was in Houston.

First you complete a Job shadow, then a role play interview process. Also met with team members and toured the building. The interview lasted about 2 hours. People were very nice and building was nice. Hiring team very accommodating.
