I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
Inital phone screening then final round inteview that consisted of case study (easy presentation/role play looking for your interviewing abilities), office tour, and round table (open dialogue about random topics). As long as you speak up and act confident you will get an offer. They hire a lot of people and dont care much about your backgroup just as long as you are willing to work like a robot. I declined the offer because of this. They do not care about you or what you want and this was obvious in the interview as well. Overall, interview was fine (they give you dinner) but company seemed very strange and did not like the vibe.
The process contained four Interviews. The first three interviews were virtual over Zoom, but the last interview was in-person. It involved a case study, shadowing a current employee, and meeting with the higher-ups.
