I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
I made it through the initial phone interview, and was left with the impression it went well. Questions were relatively simple, and the interview took a conversational turn, and as a Sales professional, that is always a good sign. I was offered a second interview the following week to meet in person to coincide with her arrival back in town. Before the second interview I recieved a call from a staffing consultant claiming the interview was canceled, and not rescheduled. I don't know why, but there it is.hope it helps!

Question 1
What would your ideal job be- what aspect of a job do you never want to do again-
Very shallow surface level questions. 3-4 rounds answering basically the same questions each round. Communication from recruiters was strained and took multiple phone calls/emails after the final interview to get a "No". Was told that they were deliberating on the decision for 3 weeks after the final interview with 0 communications from anyone at the company -- obviously when they decide not to go with someone they just halt all communications. The decision was told to me verbatim: "We don't want you - good luck"

How do you feel working on a team should look like organizationally
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
They did a great job of giving you a feel for the company and it's culture. If you make it to the final round, you end up doing a social event where you can walk around and talk to people. The last step is to do a Round Table with the Senior leadership of the company, which is another excellent way to get a feel for the company!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2019

This company truly cares about getting the right cultural fit before the role. They hire people, not positions. They do their best to make their culture known so you have an idea of what you would be signing up for. I thought every interaction I had was great.
