Interview
Interview process was pretty standard up until the final round. They fly you in and have you sit in a "round table" setting along with the other candidates that made it to this point of the interview. It seems obvious the main thing they look for is compliance and comradery. If you don't go along with their groupthink, they will confront you with questions to which, if you are able to defend your position well, will bode well. Otherwise, you'll be alienated, so you'll really have to read the room. If you can figure out what answer they're looking for and another interviewee says something different, you can use that as an opportunity to call them out. The management will unironically LOVE that.

Interview
The first interview was a phone interview that only lasted about 10 minutes. We had discussed other positions that might be a better suit for me so we were to discuss more later that week, including talking to the hiring agent for the project associate position. Well that next interview was pushed to the following week due to time conflicts and when the day came for the interview I did not receive a call.
I had been researching as much as I possibly could about the opportunity and the company and everything I read was so negative that I honestly did not want the job anymore. Since both employees neglected to follow through with the interview, I moved on. It just proves that every other review you read about the company is true. They are not professional.
